Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on April 12, 2023, found that Zeus Home Care, LLC, had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an off-site state re-licensure survey completed on February 9, 2023.
